Pre-Season Lacrosse Tryout Tune Up

If you said yes to any of the above, this is the program for you!!
This program has 3 major area's of emphasis:
1. Conditioning - half hour of each session will be placed on various speed, endurance and quickness training.
2. Stick Skills - To make a varsity team your stick skills need to be at your best. We will maximize the number of times you will throw, catch and handle the ball.
3. Game Situations - Put together your conditioning and your stick skills and play just like its a game!
***All drills are designed for the individual which allows every player to benefit,
regardless of skill or experience. Your experience will not rely on the ability of others!!!
Any player at any position will benefit from these 3 weeks of intense practice.
Go into your High School/Middle School season prepared!
Girls: Mondays & Wednesdays - February 26, 28, March 5, 7, 12, 14
Boys: Tuesdays & Thursdays - February 27 March 1, 6, 8, 13 & 15
